We do not store or access your spreadsheet contents.

- Clearing your browser storage may remove information Dataxel has saved locally
- Your data remains under your full control

Dataxel uses AI to help answer your questions and generate insights.
You understand and agree that:
- Results may not always be perfect, complete, or suitable for important decisions
- You should verify important results yourself
- We are not responsible for errors in analyses, answers, or insights generated by the system
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse or attack the system
- Try to break security measures
- Use Dataxel to create harmful or unethical analyses
We may limit or stop your access if you violate these Terms.
6. Accounts & Authentication
If Dataxel provides login or account features:
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure
- You agree not to share your account with others
- You are responsible for anything that happens with your account

- We are not responsible for any loss of data, business problems, or damages from using Dataxel
- We do not guarantee that analyses or insights will always be accurate or complete
